Bullying Statistics and Policies

This topic is a rather hard one to classify because at what point does bullying become identified and at what point does it switch to a level of harassment and possibly physical violence, because at that point it now becomes something else and is handled in a different way. In addition, there is the human factor of school management that do not want their school identified as the premiere bullying school around so a lack of concrete statistics is somewhat hard to find. However, if you know of some, or would like to share the information you have on either your school, your district, or your state we would be happy to post it here. 

I have begun going through each state to try to gather the basics, or at least the gist of what their bullying laws entail. So below are various resources and information identified, relating to bullying, state statues, national requirements, and what data could be gathered.
